The Grazathlon in mid-June covers ten tough kilometres through the city centre of Graz. Tough because it leads over more than 20 obstacles, up to the Schlossberg, over the Mariahilferplatz and finally back to the Augarten. Monkeys and bears included! (Kind of.)
The Graz Marathon is the classic amongst the major running events in Austria in autumn. 10,000 participants join the sporting sightseeing tour through the city. Those who can’t manage the 42 kilometres on their own, can be a part of a relay team. Or register for the half or quarter marathon.
