The highlights of the Pride Month

Albert&Albert meets Tina&Tina meets Albert&Tina? On June 8th, the Albertina invites to an After-Work-Drink with Tamara Mascara. The event is definitely worth a visit - especially if you want to join the guided tour queer through the museum or simply enjoy one of Vienna's most beautiful terraces.

"Run for Acceptance" is the motto of the Pride Run Vienna. On June 10th sports fans will start off at the Prater Hauptallee and will run for the acceptance and more visibility of LGBTIQ* people. The route: simply beautiful!

The Rainbow Parade on June 11th is a the highlight of Pride Month, and the entire Ringstrasse in Vienna is on the move. Dancing, marching or driving - this year the parade will be back in its full size.

The KHM offers a diverse program in June and July. In cooperation with the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, various guided tours, performances around LGBTQIA+ topics can be seen.

The photo exhibition "Queer Moments in Lost Places" can be seen from June 1st until June 24th in Simmering. For the project, Barbara Essl photographed queer people in front at abandoned and historical places in the 11th district, for example at the Central Cemetery, at the Albern harbor or at Thürnlhof Castle.
