It was a 4-night gorgeous stay at the hotel. We were welcomed and greeted in the best possible way. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. All went just perfect! Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast with a view, as the restaurant is overlooking a beautiful square. The room and the facilities were great. We has a beautiful corner room with two windows overlooking the square. What a stay! Thank you so much! I thank you all the staff! You made our stay!!!

The hotel position is very central you can reach by walk the principal city monument and it is very closed to subway stop. Very appreciable feature for those who want to visit the city center.

Perfect location. Great breakfast. Comfortable, warm and spacious room. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Duvet covers not tucked under the mattress what I very appreciate.

The location of your hotel in the city centre was perfect for my work, the room was very comfortable (maybe just a bit too warm at times) and the breakfast in restaurant was excellent. Staff always friendly with their greetings, plenty of food variety, and great filter coffee! Was very happy withy my stay at your hotel.

Everything was perfect as l mentioned earlier in the survey. Only two comments you need better wifi connection inside of the rooms and for me personally the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Thank you for a room upgrade. Me and my daughter had a lovely stay. Hotel had a perfect location. Room was beautiful and cleaned well, bed was comfortable. Lots of tv channels, thou we didnt find many in English. Everything was perfect for us to enjoy the stay and Vienna. Definetely will be back! Kind regards Marge

Generally i am happy to be there as it was my second visit and I stayed 7 days at my first visit. i will come again. location is very good to stay and there are friendly employees. However for my opinion; -Room needs might checks earlier -Cheese option might increase at the breakfast as it is main item for our culture. -For the reception; mini bar was said to be free, it was charged . This is not imported , i paid in the end but I asked and got the answer that there is a mistake, but you should be more carefully.

Had a very lovely short stay. I wanted to be central, but away from the noise, and was happy to stay on my favorite square. Would definitely stay again, if it is available on my next trip. Had a lovely view over the square. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with many options, and would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere central and quiet to stay.
