Nearly every district in Vienna has its own meatless restaurants. Whether vegan burger, cakes or vegetarian Viennese cuisine, there is also something for the meatless gourmet.
Local, sustainable, organic – this philosophy is very much alive in these restaurants. The suppliers and products are carefully selected and come from Austria.
There is no limit to rummaging here: from record shops to the popular flea market on the Naschmarkt. It is best to plan in a lot of time as many treasures are well hidden.
Whoever said that it is not possible to go hiking in the city was wrong. Walk up the Wilhelminenberg including a welcome break and a view over the whole city!
Around the Ringstrasse and in the Burg- and Volksgarten there are lots of statues or artists and other famous personalities. The imperial couple is a very hot tip. You are only allowed to walk past quickly if you are hungry. ;) Otherwise you should take your time and become an art connoisseur.

Monuments and fountains
If you are not so interested in botany, then you can pay all your attention to the statues and fountains. A great favourite is the Neptune fountains. Don’t forget your camera!
Vienna and music – a love which is renowned far beyond the boundaries of the city. As we are very proud of our musicians and composers here, there is a monument to one or the other on almost every square.
