We stayed in room 421. I settled my bill on 19th September for 137.99 GBP and, on my return home I find I find there was a further 97.88 GBP taken from my account. The second payment was unauthorized.IE I only was asked for my pin once. Whilst its rather late to take issue and your Hotel Group is wrong to take funds from my account once I am back in the UK, I would not return to your Hotel in Innsbruck nor would I recommend, and I advise any visitors check their bank account after leaving.

Dear Mr. S., Thank you very much for your review. When you paid the night before, the last night was not charged. This was a mistake on the part of our receptionist team and only became apparent the next day, as it was then noticed automatically. We ask for your understanding that this night had to be debited afterwards. Rest assured, you only paid for the services and products you consumed.
