Overall a good experience. Great location in a fabulous area. Nice bedroom and decent beds. Hotel spotless clean but perhaps a bit clinical too. Some staff, not all, a bit cold.

A brief, but very pleasant overnight stay. The staff were very efficient and pleasant, and our bar experience was most enjoyable.

Hotel is excellent, but i only had complaints about breakfast, since it was overcrowded with guests after Kroaten ball, the food did not arrive soon enough so we had to wait for staff to notice it...

Apart from the unhelpfulness and aloofness of some of the Reception staff, we had a very pleasant stay. When we arrived, I went inside to check in, the Receptionist checked us in, she didn't make it clear which room we were in, so after wandering around for about 5 minutes, a Porter then asked which room we were in, he them showed me where the lifts were, I took the luggage upstairs, I then came back down to collect my husband who was still outside where is was very cold. My husband is in a wheelchair, and I wasn't told when i made the booking that there are steps leading to the Reception desk, we were there then told that there was a ramp at the other end of the building, BUT, it was through the Bar/Café, not a good look, as it was very busy. There is a lift from the pavement to the Reception, but we weren't told that until we had been there 3 days, and it was a Porter that told us, the Reception staff should have told us about the lift. They did know this as when I made the booking I told them that my husband was in a wheelchair. When we eventually got to our room, we were wanting Room Service, we didn't find a Menu, so I went back down stairs to enquire, no room service, just the Menu in the 1 bar that was open, (it was a Monday night with a function going on) We also found that this wasn't true, as we were going down to dinner, there was a room service trolley outside a room on our floor. We wanted a table, but as they were so busy, it would be at least an hours wait, so we booked a table and the staff phoned us when a table became available. The Bar staff, Alexander and a young lady, ( I can't remember her name, sorry) were working really hard but made our meal very enjoyable, as they were very friendly and made us feel welcome, taking an interest in why we were there, they also gave us some recommendations. My husband and I have both worked in hotels, so we know what is like. We would stay again, but I hope the Reception staff have some more training.

Very nice. The ballroom was just wonderful! possibly the best place I've ever eaten breakfast. One thing, you need to supply a PC or Laptop for customer use, it can be located in the reception/bar area and easily secured to a table.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the summer. Which confirms that we were satisfied. Beautiful building and right next door to the Schloss Schönbrunn make your hotel a perfect location to stay if one is not looking for a more central hotel.

Good location because very close to subway and just in front of the Schronbrunn Palace. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable.

Wonderful stay. The room was confortable and clean. The staff was great. The location is really good. Right next to Schönbrunn castle and park. And easy to travel to the city centre.

you have a very good premise with a good price/quality rating, something is exceptional (i.e. the breakfast), something is really good (proximity to the subway, common areas, hall, our room), something needs to be improved (internet connection, food availability at the bar)

We enyojed our stay in the hotel, because of the architecture of the building, the historical meaning of the hotel, traditional and somewhat royal decoration of the suite, and location of the hotel. We would definitely like to stay there again.

I absolutely love staying at your hotel. I have been there several times and plan to come back next year. I have stayed at many hotels on my travels, in Salzburg, Warsaw, Paris, London, and Garmisch, all of which I have enjoyed, but the ParkHotel is my favorite...Thank you for a bit of Heaven on Earth...

Overall Ok: staff could be more courteous. Not super efficient at the reception. Not clear indications about the option to have the room cleaned or not. The facility starts to show the wear and tear of time. A very good selection of food and beverages at the breakfast, though.

Mostly dissatisfied due to the staff. My room key was not working at one point, I had to walk all the way back to the reception and not even a word of apology when handing me the repaired card. I was genuinly underwhelmed.

I am a frequent traveler and I stayed in your hotel many times until now . But this time was awful :( Very expensive 570 EUR for 2 nights in a small room with view to a wall , room 4106 . It was late when bmve arrived ,around 19.00 , and we were tired and we chose to stay , but this is the only reason we remanind !! :(

As mentioned, the lack of air conditioning in the room was disappointing, the lack of attention to get it fixed was unacceptable. We even asked to swap rooms, but this was far too complicated for your staff to sort until the following day - when the new reservation staff were on duty then knew nothing of the issues. We picked your hotel because the rooms have air conditioning, to then find we had to endure 4 nights in the middle of summer without it, spoilt our visit and unfortunately means we are highly unlikely to return to your hotel.
