Very convenient location for touring Vienna. We took the train from the airport to the tram which stops right near the hotel. We were very happy with our room and the amenities at the hotel. Yes, I would recommend the hotel to friends!

Very well situated hotel with perfect beds and extensive room. The breakfast really stands out with lot’s of variety and good food! We will definitely come back to beautiful Vienna!

Great location for accessing downtown. The rooms were fantastic and larger than most. The decor was nice and the staff did an excellent job.

We only stayed one night, and were not in the room very long. We used the hotel as a point to walk to and from multiple locations in the city.

From the moment that we arrived to the moment that we checked out there was nothing to make our experience at the hotel one to remember (for the right reasons). We did raise our concerns with the reception staff at the time of our stay without success.

Nice hotel and nice rooms, but rude Reception staff who doesn’t seem to appreciate customers with small children. We were lied couple of times and put to wait our rooms, guaranteed check in time didn’t applied to us. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and it was because of the rude staff that seemed that they didn’t wan’t to work there or disliked us as customers, just because we were on family vacation with small child. We were told that late check out is possible and we were not in a hurry to confirm it before the morning, but in the morning it wasn’t possible in any way and they haven’t even heard about the prices and hours that were told 12 hours before. After the visit I was left feeling lied and dismayed about the rudenes.

The hotel was within close walking distance from the Rail line our greeting upon arrival was friendly and welcoming. We were booked to come last November for my wife’s birthday but due to medical reasons had to cancel, the option of booking with a facility to cancel really helped. So we rebooked and I appreciated your text to upgrade from a superior room to a premier one for only 70 euro it was really special with the balcony and also thank you for the bottles of Champagne for a birthday treat. Very friendly and welcoming hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are very spacious and super comfortable - giving you everything you need. A little TLC to se of the public spaces, like bar and lobby area, could give a more cozy and intimate atmosphere. Breakfast is a little pricey for someone who cannot eat that much. Great place and highly recommend it!

Lovely, clean and spacious room on arrival. I had paid extra for a premium room with a deep soaking bathtub. Beds were extremely comfortable and we had a relaxing sleep. There was an issue with the toilet which was problematic when flushing. Staff were friendly on reception apart from the staff on the Friday evening when I checked in who weren’t particularly friendly. Nonetheless, our stay was very pleasant and its location near to the Belvedere Palace was very convenient. Lots of shops and cafes nearby as well.

Absolutely lovely stay near Belvedere Museum and Gardens. My room was spotless and the pillows smell like a pine forest. The Breakfast was delicious with gluten and dairy free options.

We liked our stay. Unfortunately the stay was too short to use the spa. (Perhaps also because of the opening times of the sauna) Clear communication is something to keep in mind because nor German and nor English is the mother tongue for many guests. Very good to notice that the hotel takes care of the environment, but in our opinion the overall temperature could be a degree lower.

I asked the hotel reception several times to help fix the light in the room. Although I used the card to turn on the light, the light would turn off 10 minutes later. The last night of my stay, the opposite happened: The light would continously turn on every 30 minutes during the night, so i frankly had a horrible night of sleep that night. Again, I asked the reception for help several times, and my impression was not that they took this seriously (they could have offered me another room f.ex).

The hotel was very convenient for getting around. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Although breakfast was nice €28 per person is very expensive. We had a good breakfast in a local cafe for half the price. The massages we booked were excellent. Complimentry bottled water would be appreciated. Overall a lovely stay, just a few things that could improve my enjoyment.

This was my second stay at the hotel, visiting an in-house event over two days. The hotel is excellent, with friendly, professional staff and well situated in the city, not too far from the centre. The event area is well set out and provides all that is needed.

Location of the hotel is perfect if you do not want to stay in the busy central area. We could walk into the centre of Vienna in 15 minutes or take a tram. U- Bahn (Metro) was diagonally opposite the hotel for visiting Schonbrunn Palace. We liked being near the Belvedere and Botanical gardens for walking in the sunshine. We were truly fortunate with the warm sunny weather in late September. Room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable with everything thought of. There was pin drop silence which was bliss. Breakfast was varied and delicious and until 10.30 am rather than normal 10am. I will return again in another season like spring or Christmas time.

You do a fantastic job in this hotel. The cleanness is really the best point and also the good value for money. I always compare the prices on Booking.com and your hotel offers such high quality services, great location, wonderful and big rooms with such quietness for a really interesting price! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And Thank you for always offering single rates for every catégorie of rooms! That’s also one of the many reasons which make me choose your hôtel because it’s really not the case everywhere. Finally, I noticed the new things at the breakfast buffet (sea food salad and new fruit juices), I congratulate you for making the effort to offer new things to your customers among this already delicious buffet. Breakfast is really amazing in your hôtel and so important when we travel! I just can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind & helpful. Our junior suite was lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many options including freshly prepared omelets. The hotel is within walking distance to the Belvedere palace and close to downtown core or you can hop on the tram outside the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience and a bonus to be upgraded to a suit on the 8th floor. Very spacious and clean room and also very quiet. Huge selection at breakfast. Very closed to the train station, just 5 min walk to take the S 7 train to the airport and very easy to go to the center either by foot or Tram that also is almost outside the hotel. Would stay here again. All staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel looks very clean and stuff working all day around to keep it this way. Also very experienced stuff at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean, nice touch is a coffee and tea kettle in the room. Location is unbeatable close to the tram and train to the airport. 6 minute walk to the Belvedere palace, and 20 minutes walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral.

Second time visit, comfortable rooms, helpful staff allover. The interconnecting rooms that we chose this time are not so spacious as the regular superior ones- would have been helpful to present this information at check-in rather than find it afterwards. Very nice hotel for bussines or leisure travel, well connected to city centre.

Despite booking a room for 4 (2 Adults, 1 child and 1 Baby ) and sending a reminder Email the day before our arrival the Baby Cot and Extra Bed were not prepared. Room was very work down with wallpaper peeling off on many areas or others parts of the room being damaged. After the first night only our beds were made but room was neither vacuumed or mopped (bathroom). Another night room was not cleaner at all. Complaint to the front desk was not handled professionally. Not enough staff - had to wait 10min as one receptionist was busy chatting with an older couple despite seeing me wait ( i had to Interrupt in the end) and the other one was busy Tour guiding a guest with a map which should be a Concierge job especially when other guests are waiting. I am a regular guest but was very disappointed this time.

We loved staying at your hotel. We had a junior suite and it was fabulous! We loved the large bathroom with double sinks and the extra half bath! We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a snack tray. That was a wonderful surprise after a long travel day. Thank you!!

We were given an updated room which was spacious and comfortable and had a city view. The hand held shower head in the tub was hard to get a proper shower as it didn’t spray out.

We loved our stay. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff and food were excellent. The only things to note is that the hotel is not located in a busy area, so there aren’t an abundance of cafes etc right outside your doorstep. That being said, there are several options within a 10-15 minute walk or short tram ride, and it’s nice to wake up in a quieter area. One suggestion I would make to the hotel is to have a sundries shop. If we got home late and forgot to have drinks on hand, we had to go down the street to buy things. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
